📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty beverages.
• Grind coffee beans and brew coffee using our espresso machine and other brewing equipment.
• Maintain and clean our espresso machine and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock and manage coffee supplies, including beans, milk, and syrups.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in the front of the house, including taking orders and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
