Seed Camp Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Staff to join our team in Samarinda. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and on-site, ensuring a balanced work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and supporting the team to meet production targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product quality.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and production targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and adjust production accordingly.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
