📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems.,Manage and update our IT systems and software.,Ensure the security and backup of our data.,Monitor network performance and ensure reliable internet connectivity.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train and support other staff members on IT-related tasks.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in using operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Microsoft Office SuiteBasic programming knowledge (PythonJavaetc.) is a plus.Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
