📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement
• Monitor and analyze brand performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite
• Manage and maintain our internal CRM system to track customer relationships and brand performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and assets for use across all marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in brand management or a related field
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with Salesforce or a similar platform is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
