📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that installations are carried out according to plan and standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and schedules for MEP systems, working closely with project managers.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into the overall project.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site personnel.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in MEP engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Sulawesi Selatan.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
