📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maritime laws.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's performance and condition.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle emergency situations and respond appropriately.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of navigation and safety equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other required maritime certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Good physical fitness and health condition.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.
