📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
• Manage and maintain financial data using Oracle Financialis and SAP, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards, providing key insights to senior management.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest financial reporting trends and best practices, implementing new processes and tools as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the finance team, addressing complex financial issues and queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with a strong background in financial analysis and accounting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Financialis and SAP, with experience in managing financial data and preparing financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, including IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in financial reporting or a related field is a plus.
