📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance reviews.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the restaurant.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
