📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces in the resort,Inspect and clean all rooms and public areas daily, ensuring that they are ready for the next guests,Follow and implement the housekeeping schedule and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard,Replace and restock linens, towels, and other amenities as needed,Dispose of waste and recycling materials in an environmentally friendly manner,Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy towards guests and colleagues,Report any maintenance or repair issues to the front desk or maintenance team,Participate in the resort's safety and security procedures, including fire drills and emergency evacuations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field,Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and hygiene,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team,Familiarity with housekeeping software and equipment,Ability to work independently and under pressure,Friendly and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
