Nest Gold Sentosa is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Parepare. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
