📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and enhance the daily operations of the IT team, ensuring the smooth running of our IT infrastructure.
Implement and maintain IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, and workstations.
Provide technical support to employees and clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our systems.
Manage and maintain our IT documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure our IT systems meet their needs and requirements.
Provide training and mentorship to junior IT staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and support.
Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in ITIL or a related field is a plus.
