📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.,Provide support to the fleet manager in managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet services.,Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
