📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and feedback.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
