Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.,Develop and maintain data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements.,Create and maintain comprehensive data reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, and implement new techniques and tools as needed.,Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their data analysis skills and knowledge.,Ensure data quality and integrity, and implement processes to monitor and maintain data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.,Experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts.,Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.,Ability to travel as needed to support business needs.
