In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our machinery operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily machine operations to ensure smooth production processes.,Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure machinery longevity.,Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.,Monitor production output and quality to meet company targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.,Maintain accurate records of machine performance and production output.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of operators.,Strong technical knowledge of machinery and production processes.,Certification in machine operation and safety (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or other relevant certifications).,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with quality control and improvement processes.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools for production management.
