Assist in the management of property portfolios, including residential and commercial properties.,Support the property management team in day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, and leasing.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for property developments.,Participate in site inspections and property evaluations.,Support the marketing and sales team in promoting new property developments.,Assist in the coordination of construction and development projects.,Provide administrative support to the management team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with property management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
