📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business reinvention, focusing on emerging technologies and market trends.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on new business models.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes into existing business operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in business reinvention.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in developing their skills and expertise.
• Represent InnovateX Dynamics at industry conferences and events to showcase our innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic consulting or business reinvention, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and IoT, and their potential applications in business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
