📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities align with project requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
