📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial health of the company.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
