Sentral Anggi Tea is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Assist in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.,Monitor store inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
