📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our cybersecurity team, including monitoring, detecting, and responding to potential security threats.,Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies that align with our business objectives and industry best practices.,Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Work closely with our IT team and other stakeholders to ensure the security of our systems and data.,Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to our security operations.,Provide leadership and guidance to our cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.,Collaborate with our legal and compliance teams to ensure that our cybersecurity operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain relationships with external cybersecurity vendors and service providers to ensure the continued protection of our systems and data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with a focus on security monitoring, threat detection, and response.,Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.,Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as SIEM, EDR, and XDR solutions.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading cybersecurity teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex security challenges.
