📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage site operations, including construction, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor site performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage and supervise site staff, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.,Conduct regular site inspections and report findings to management.,Develop and maintain site documentation and records.,Participate in project planning and budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or related roles.,Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards.
