📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate L300 Box Trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently, ensuring minimal damage to goods.
• Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, performing regular inspections and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, working closely with the dispatch team to optimize delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on delivery status and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, including traffic laws, environmental standards, and company safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting all findings and actions taken.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an operational driver, preferably with L300 Box Truck operations.
• Valid SIM A or higher, with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of the Jabodetabek region, including traffic patterns and local regulations.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, with a maximum weight capacity of at least 50 kg.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and a willingness to undergo regular training and certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
