CFA (Quality Control) - Manufacturing Excellence

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong English proficiency to uphold our high-quality standards through meticulous inspections and seamless collaboration with our production team in Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards, conducting regular inspections using advanced quality control tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the manufacturing industry.

• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all products meet our high standards.
• Utilize advanced quality control tools such as SPC and FMEA to monitor and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Document and report inspection results accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update quality control records and databases.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to new employees on quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including SPC and FMEA.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as Minitab or similar.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
