📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize digital content using Optimizely CMS, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of digital content, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content management and DAM.
• Train and mentor team members on the use of Optimizely CMS and DAM systems.
• Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
• Provide regular reports on content performance and DAM system usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content management, with a focus on Optimizely CMS and DAM systems.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and other DAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Optimizely CMS and DAM systems is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
