📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the stadiums, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with local sports clubs, athletes, and event organizers to schedule and manage events.
• Develop and implement strategies for the development and renovation of sports facilities.
• Manage staff and volunteers, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor and report on facility usage, performance, and financial metrics to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with government agencies and private partners to secure funding and resources for sports development projects.
• Promote the stadiums as premier sports venues, attracting local and national events and competitions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in sports facility management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports facility management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sports regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
