As a Line Cook / Kitchen Staff, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, working closely with our head chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our guests. Your daily tasks will include prepping ingredients, cooking meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly. This is a night shift role, so you will be working from 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Sunday, with occasional weekend shifts.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals
• Follow and adhere to all kitchen safety protocols and procedures
• Assist the head chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Participate in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other departments
• Stay updated on menu changes and new recipes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as stoves, ovens, grills, and food processors
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
